Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Interlinked Studios website (interlinkedstudios.com) and any services offered by Interlinked Studios, operated in Ontario, Canada. By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Interlinked Studios provides web development and digital marketing services to small businesses and startups. Services include static websites, dynamic web applications, custom web tools, and digital marketing setups. All services are subject to availability, scope agreement, and full payment prior to commencement.

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and businesses that are legally registered. By engaging our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

Certain projects may require the Client to provide access to third-party accounts (Google, Facebook, hosting platforms, etc.). The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts. The Studio will never ask for account passwords via email or message — access should be granted via admin roles or OAuth where possible.

You agree not to use Interlinked Studios services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Building websites or tools that facilitate illegal activity
• Distributing spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Misrepresenting your identity or the nature of your business

The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. Founding client pricing is locked in for qualifying clients as communicated at time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Studio does not store credit card information. By making a payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amount specified.

Estimated timelines provided by the Studio are good-faith estimates based on scope and current workload. Timelines may be affected by Client response time, content delivery, and scope complexity. The Studio will communicate any delays promptly.

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms including Vercel, Stripe, Google Analytics, Make.com, and others. The Studio is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services. Clients should review the terms of any third-party platform independently.

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. The Studio makes no warranties regarding uptime, search engine rankings, revenue outcomes, or business results arising from the use of any deliverable. SEO results typically take 3 to 6 months and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interlinked Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where material, communicated to active clients via email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
